9611g VPN Phone

Hi All

I am working on getting a remote phone working for a customer, 9611g VPN to sonicwall. I can see it establish the tunnel no problem but phone just sits in discover screen with ip address of IP office. checked correct ports are open and route looks correct in ipo.

any ideas?

Do you have a route in IPO to the VPN subnet going out through the correct interface?

Also make sure that the remote network is not the same as the office network.

Office: 192.168.1.x
Remote: 192.168.1.x

This will not work.

Double check the protected network setting on the phone.

just to confirm the protected network should be the IPOffice network correct?

got it guys, thanks for your help. gateway in routes was wrong.
