This is my first exposure to the Avaya 9608/9611 sets. I can only see 2 pages of line/feature keys on the phone while I see 24 programmable buttons in CM. Also, a feature programmed on button 5 actually appears on button 9. It looks like all line appearances show on "page 1" and all feature appearance show on "page 2" with no "page 3". Does anyone know if this is normal? How can I get features to "Page 1" and allow all 24 buttons to be used?

See the 46xxsettings file, I believe its FBONCAS=1 or something. Feature Button on Call Appearance Screen is what that is.

See if administering 24 keys actually gets you all 3 pages - it would make sense to not have blank pages, that'd just confuse users.

There is information in the Admin and Install guides on how the phone maps CM buttons and the capabilities you have to show them on the phone.

Thanks Kyle555. I found the 46xxx file and will work with that. Also found that by programming something on all keys there still remains only 2 pages (phone page and feature page). To access the full list of programmed keys on the feature page you must navigate down rather than to another page.

Play with these 2:

## PHNSCRALL specifies whether separate screens will be displayed for call appearances and features.
## Value Operation
## 0 Separate screens will be displayed for call appearances and features (default)
## 1 A consolidated screen will be displayed that includes call appearances and features
## This parameter is supported by:
## 96x1 H.323 R6.0 and later
## SET PHNSCRALL 1

##
##
## FBONCASCREEN specifies whether features will be displayed on the same screen as call appearances
## when the value of PHNSCRALL is 0.
## Value Operation
## 0 Features will not be displayed on the same screen as call appearances (default)
## 1 As many features as will fit will be displayed on the same screen as call appearances,
## in addition to being displayed on a separate feature screen.
## This parameter is supported by:
## 96x1 H.323 R6.0 and later
## 96x0 H.323 R3.0 and later
## SET FBONCASCREEN 1
