We're using a 9611 as a console, the operator hardly would ever use the Ans Hold/Ans Drop features for a second incoming call. 99.9999% of the time they are pressing Ignore so they can transfer the call they are handling.

It would make the operator's job much easier if that option would not appear for additional incoming calls. Is there anyway to make those options not appear when a second call comes in?

If you're talking about on the softkeys, then you should be able to administer those.

## Talk Feature Settings
##
## A list of feature identifiers for softkey features
## available in the Active with talk path call state
## 0 to 255 ASCII characters :zero to three whole numbers
## separated by commas without any intervening spaces
##
## SET TALKFEATURES ""

You assign those by number. See page 122
Then probably have the operator in a different "group" for the settings file so those changes only apply to that phone and not all the IP phones using the same settings file.
