I have CM ver 6.3 using 9611G as our phones.
We are opening a SOHO in another state using a Checkpoint firewall to connect the locations via VPN.
The checkpoint will do DHCP but I am having an issue with the phone registering over the checkpoint.
Have you or your FW admins checked the FW logs (Smartview Tracker?) for dropped packets?
Verify your access rules are correct, refer to the Avaya port matrix docs to ensure all required ports are open -
Are there any other firewalls in line? We have had to disable H.323 packet inspection on older Cisco firewalls in the past.
What does list trace ras-ip show?
