9608 / No speech after call setup

One of our customers has sporadic problems with the call setup. The connection is established, but nothing is audible (both sites).
This phenomenon shows up earlier, when they activate the Speaker. Normaly, the tone is audible. But in this case, this tone falls silent.
One call later, the call will established normal.

- IPO 500v2 8.1(69) (also with Versions 7 & 8)
- 9608 Firmware 6.2209
- Direct media is not active
- The phones has a separate Network / separate Switches / no Routing
 
Have you opened up Call Monitor and watched the logs?
 
Yes, but the logs were the same as otherwise.
Probably the RTP-Stream will not related.
