9608/9611 Button Layout Needs to Match CM Configuration

Good day folks

I have a site that would prefer to have the 9609/9611 buttons to appear on the phone exactly like they are in programming - Not to have call and bridged appearances move automatically to the first page.

Anyone know of the setting that places all the buttons exactly where they are programmed?

FYI: working with 96XX firmware 6.6.0.32, CM 6.0.1 and 6.3.111.

Have you tried using team button rather than brdg-appr? Team button can be placed anywhere.

Thanks but we want ALL the buttons to appear where we program them. Even feature buttons don't stay exactly where you put them.

try fboncas in the settings file to have feature buttons on the call appearance screen, so they're not on another page, and PHNSCRCOLUMNS to have two half-screen width columns instead of one full screen width column of keys, presuming you're h323 of course.
