9601 Wireless Phones on a Definity V6si

We have a customer with a Definity V6si where he has a bunch of wireless phones. They are model number WT9601N and they work fine. We tried replacing one of these phones with a WT9601B and it won't come up. We have tried this with a number of 9601B's. Is there something we can do to make this phone work or is this a version of the 9601 that just won't work with our system?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
