500 V2 8.1 (52) I'm trying to do the simplest thing of adding 2 9504s to this system. The phones were stuck at Please Wait. Monitor showed they were looking for 9500BootR15.bin, this file did not exist so I copied it onto the SD card's Primary folder, now the following is happening ending with the last line of this trace. Suggestions??

You'll want to make sure that you have a couple of settings in Manager correctly configured:

- File > Preferences > Enable BootP and TFTP Servers is enabled
- Phone File Server type is set to Memory Card (this can be adjusted, typically Memory Card is the best in my experience)
- TFTP and HTTP Server IP Addresses are populated to match the LAN1 Address of the IP500V2 Control Unit

If you do that and get no luck, try taking the phones directly to the Control Unit and plug them in to the digital ports with nothing to impede the connection

Thanks JG95. I Upgraded to 8.1 95 and that fixed the issues.
