We currently have ESA implemented with 911 as the esdn, trunks are isdn and every thing is working. The probem is missdials. If we change from isdn to cama will we be able to change the esdn to something else and still have the ESA work with notification?

You don't have to change trunks; you can change your ESDN to anything you want and change the DDGT prompt to change it to dial 911 regardless of your ESDN. This may violate code in some localities; plus you would have to change your BARS/NARS if you are point AC+911 to a LTER entry... -Matt

I have tried that. DDGT only works with CAMA trunks.

Then, I'm not sure if it will work. You could not use the ESA feature at all, but then you would lose your OSN if that is important to you... -Matt
