911 calls outbound showing BTN, need them to show the guard DID

I have an AVAYA G3R and everytime a 911 call is made, the call back number that appears is the BTN, not a dialable number. Made seveal attempts to have LEC correct this issue, however they insist that the soloution is in our switch. We have a T1 in and out and the trunk that 911 goes out on is one of these. All DID numbers in the building put out thier own ANI, however not all stations in building are DIDs. I need all 911 calls to show the guards DID and that is all. Any suggestions??

You may want to look at the "ch isdn pub num" You can change the CID for all the non-DID exts to show a DID. Your trunk groups should be set to "Send Name" and "Send Number" to Y.
