Hello,
when we backup our Exchangeserver we get the following error:
(DBNAME-Directory, EC="Servername":Backup Agent Error -- (91) "Product grace period expired".)

(DBNAME-Information Store, EC="Servername":Backup Agent Error -- (91) "Product grace period expired".)

We use a master license file (ca.olf) with a valid date.

If you have the proper keys, i.e from your licence certificate, run CAlicnse.exe (no i havent spelt it incorrectly!) then enter all the keys in to the licence manager. CAlicnse.exe is usually found at \program files\CA\SharedComponents\CA_LIC\ this is what i was told to do by CA anyway.
