8434DX Display Problem - 2 phones have no display and 1 does

Hello,

I have 2 hand-me-down 8434DX phones that have dead displays. Using the same power supply, I have a 3rd that works fine. Is there some sort of display adjustment that might remedy this? I have read through the manual and don't see anything about adjusting display brightness, etc. Any ideas?

have you tried using the power supply from the working display phone, also could be two bad 8434 phones, are they are hand me downs

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

Yes - using the same power supply to test all 3 phones. All are hand-me-downs from another one of our facilities. Before I disposed of them, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
