Is there a way to use the rs232 data module on an 8411D, and use Procomm to administer a definity g3? If so, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

-Todd

If I remember correctly you don't need the rs232 data module with the 8411D. You assign data option to analog. Assign a analog extension and on page 5 place this number in the data extension field. Plug the RS232 port on the back of the 8411 to the PC. I think I set the modem as Hayes on the PC. The PC then uses this port as the modem.

It's been a long time But I think It worked fine.
Hope this helps
