8410D feature buttons not lighting

Can anyone advise- two of the feature buttons suddenly quit lighting on an 8410D, and others are still working. They're administered as busy-indicators, when the people are on the phone the lights don't work now.

Does the phone need to be replaced, or can it be re-set in software??

Have you unplugged it and plugged it back in? I know..high tech but sometimes it does the trick.
