I have a user with a 8410D when called after the second ring the display disapears. Everything else works on it. It is not a big issue, but it is an anoying one. Has anyone ever experienced this? If so what solution is there? Thanks in advance....

I have experienced this when the person has the Menu button pressed. Try having them hit the Exit button and stay out of the Menu when they want to see the display. Also they should be able to hit the Exit button in the middle of a call to bring up the display (assuming that it's the Menu button causing this problem.) If you do not have anything programmed in the Softkey Menu button, this may appear blank and the user may not know he is in Menu mode. Good luck, I hope this information helps.

Try putting an "inspect" button on the softkey. While on a call, the inspect button, when pressed, will display the callers information
