When the panasonic 824 dbs is powered up, does it create switch dial tone without giving it dialtone from the outside co. I cannot for some reason get the system to get me into programming mode. Will not even get a system phone up to do programming. I'm not having much luck with this dinasour. Any help will be grealy appreciated.
