I have an 81C on Succession 3.
The powers to be are thinking of installing a Polycom vsx 7000. They want to go ISDN 2 pair out of the Nortel instead of IP. My guess is an ISDN arrangement uses TN'S? For starters, can anyone tell me what type of cards are needed in the Nortel. I might already have the correct ones in there but don't know.
Thanks

look at your switch for a misp card, in a loop slot, not an ip shelf, that would give you that config.. ld 22 prt cequ, step one is to assign that card to the cequ

Looks like there are no misp cards in system. Are there any other ways to make the Polycom VSX7000 work without using the MISP card that it is missing? Can it go directly to say a QPC720 or a dual port PRI card? I don't know if you are familiar with the Avaya Definity G3, but one of my co-workers used a TN556b ISDN board in his system, to make his work. Would that MISP card in the Nortel be the equivilent set up as the TN556b card in the Avaya?
