We have a Cisco Unity voicemail recently installed with a CM 2.1. We would like to use the #8 feature with the Cisco unity voicemail instead of Audix. I've had no luck getting this to work just yet. I know I have to set the Unity hunt group as the primary but whenever I do then calls don't route to voicemail but recieve a busy. Any ideas? Anyone do this before successfully? Our audix is still up and running due to a large amount of auto attendants that are in it. All users have been migrated over to the new Unity voicemail system.
