6416D+ Softkey button Asignments

I have got two phone that i have just set-up and when you use the soft-key buttons instead of displaying the assigned names they display SK1, SK2 etc. they still function correcly, it's just they disp the wrong name. Any ideas?

Sometimes the softkey buttons take a while to update. Usually, if you un-tti and then re-tti it will take effect sooner.

the phones have been set-up for over 24hrs i have un-tti/re-tti but they still show SK1, SK2 etc. if it is just a delay is there no way to force an update?

Busy-out and release the station or refresh terminal parameters (*-code) is what I always do.

i have tried to refresh the station , didn't help. How do you busy-out and release the station?
