6100 CSV import

Does anyone here know the format of a CSV file so you can import all your agents etc into the 6100 database?

It is designed to import from the SX2000 FORMPRINT.

You can get it from the 3300 as well

To be honest, I hate the import tool. I would hand punch it personally.

That being said, I know the import tool will accept:
Telephone directory
Agent Assignment
Agent Group Assignment
Path Assignment
Multiline set assignment
Singleline set assignment
Trunk Group assignment
Trunk Assignment.

Probably more.

Use the import at your own risk, you will probably find yourself correcting tons of stuff and taking as much time as handpunching anyway.
