553 5.3.0 DENY error message

Does anyone know what this message refers too? Does it mean the recipients server is denying my message?

This is the error message i get. I dont know if the recipient server is denying me or not.

You stripped the address, and that is good, but are you sure it was a valid formed address, as in user@domain.com ?

Yea i stripped the email account. The address is valid cus i can send from a internet account such as Yahoo. This part of the messages is what i dont get 3553 (000B09AA) 553 5.3.0 DENY.
 
553 indicates a malformed address or rejected by the receiver

It means that the mail server has rejected the message, usually due to a mistyped email address, but it can also be due to a policy that the recipient has set regarding which incoming messages are allowed.

It can also be your domain is blacklisted to where you are sending.
Check with them from another account to make sure.
