A strange issue it seems. From time to time, some of my users attempting to send mail outbound to external addresses through my Exchange 2003 server receive the '550 5.7.1 Unable to relay' message. These are internal users and have been authenticated to my mail server. What's more, is that it only happens occasionally. I'm not sure what could be causing this. Any ideas are most appreciated.
