Waiting for it to Happen Again so I can get some Fresh Logs but yes I believe there may be some lost packets. A couple of weeks ago the system halted and had to be rebooted. Mitel came back and said it was because of a couple of phones. They did not make any suggestion as what to do with those phones however. We appear to be getting high levels of 5330 failures. Suspect this may be due to poorer quality chinese manufacturing?
