501 to 506 Site to site 2 hosts to one host

Hello all.
I am trying to set up a site to site VPN connection from my home Pix 501 to a business 506. I need 2 hosts at the business to connect to one host on my network.
I want to test a nearline CDP solution. I thought the Wizard in the PDM would be helpfull. How an where do I start.

Home host is is hidden with NO NAT to it as of yet and I have a single exernal IP address.

The business has one of the 2 hosts with NAT resoultion and the other is hidden.

Home is 192.168.100.x

Business addresses are 172.17.10.x & 172.17.10.xx

Not sure where to begin, the wizard start fairly easy then asks questions I am not quite sure of.
