I have three sites..

A Option 81
B Option 11
C Option 61

Site A controls both A and B voicemail the VM # is 5000
They are connected through a DS3
Site C (out of state) has its own Voicemail system and the # is 5999
and is connected through a dedicated TIE-PRI

Problem I have is when calls are placed from site C to site B when they are suppose to goto voicemail they are going to a FAX that is at site C. I am familiar with NARS and BARS but I'm wasting time trying to gfigure it all out when I can come here and get excact points to look for. Thanks in advance!

Does your DCH have MWI on and do the PNI settings match on all your Tie lines on each end. ALso the TRO prompt may need to be set to no on your RDB as well. These things being set wrong caused all kinds of strange problems for us. We also had some entries in the IDC tables on each end that were complicating things so you might check that.

i call from c to b, station at c is cfw to on site mail? but it ends up back at c going to a fax machine... this happens on all calls from c to b? answer trmb no, make the route internal or change the dn on fax machine.. if the station at c can dial, without a code the voice mail on b the problem will go away
