46xxSettings.txt for Static Address IP Phone

If you are not using DHCP (ie. we are using static addressing) for IP phones how do you tell them where to download a 46xxsettings.txt file from?

We will be using 4621 sets. S8710 server running CM 3.1.2. Would probably be looking to serve the file from a HTTP server.

You can still identify a TFTP server address during the configuration of the IP phone. You will place the 46xxsettings.txt file on the TFTP server.
