46xx Paging groups

Has anyone had an issue with 46xx IP sets in paging groups? As soon as we add over 13 IP sets some sets hear a delay before the page as a result they miss out on the first 6 seconds of the page. I checked the sets that are getting the delay before the page have their speakers go off hook at the same time. Also the delay happens to the same sets every time.

We have 14 paging groups exclusively with 4602 and 4620 sets (10 to 16 stations per paging group). No issues like this so far. Have you tried deleting one of the "bad" sets, and then recreating it by duplicating a "good" set? This could let you know if the problem is in the programming or in the actual hardware.

Are these sets hanging off an S8300 and if so what rel. of Multivantage and patch load does it have. What version of firmware do the phones have? I've had this same issue and I'm trying to find my fix notes for you.

Is what they are running, I have a list of the sets that get the delay and will test to see if I put them in their own paging group if the issue still occurs.

We only have the issue when we place more than 20 - 4620 IP Phones in the paging group. Anyone know of the limitation with the IP Sets in paging groups, but with less than 20 sets there is no delay.

We added the Super Patch 6111 and the issue still exists!
