To Bis added the following to thread 1428944 which seems to be a work around till Avaya can get it fixed:
Just to add to the above,with software 3.1.4 and firmware 2.83 on the 4621 phones had a problem with the agents logging in would reset the phone but then would still work,what i found was all agents had 18 skills running from 200/1 and 201/6 to 217/6 as skill/level . The work around was adding a training skill 3/6 in the first line and move skill 200/1 to line 218 , does not work the other way around,don't know if this helps at all
