4630 IP Phone

Does anyone know how to configure the web settings and the directory settings on an IP4630 Terminal.

It has the latest firmware and we are running R11, we also have an active directory domain which we would like to use for the directory.

Any help would be appreciated, have looked at most of the avaya site but none of the documents were too useful!!

Have you tried editing the 46xxsettings.scr? That file should be located on the TFTP server. From their you can set the URL of the WEBHOME page. Example>>

http://support.avaya.com

As far as active directory,,, I have not gotten that far yet....

I am using 4620. I modified the 46xxsettings.scr and saved it as 46XXsettings.txt.

You will have to modify the last line of 46XXupgrade.scr to "GET 46XXsettings.txt" (no quotes)

The 4620 uses different syntax (wml vs. web) then the 4630
