I have a client where one user is having volume problems, apparently he is hard of hearing and sits next to an air conditioner. When i change the gain on his IP extensino and then save the config, as soon as I log back in the gain has changed back to default. His AGC is turned off. I dont want to turn the rx gain on the PRI up as no one else is having issues. If i chagne the gain on the PRI it reverts back to the default as well after saving any ways. Any help?
