4621SW Phone Firmware downgrade

HELP!! I upgraded a 4621SW Ip phone to the SIP firmware from avaya's site to test it as a true SIP phone with Asterisk. Now I want to downgrade it back to the H323 firmware to work within my IP Office system. Is it as simple as plugging it back into my network and let it download from the TFTP server or do I need to manually connect it to a different TFTP server in my lab to download the firmware? Is it even possible to go back since i've changed the firmware from h323 to SIP?
