4610SW - Wrong Set Type

We have a location that has a phone that stopped working. It pops up with "Wrong Set Type" We have tried the reset code with no success. Is there any way to completely wipe the phone to get it operational? Thx in advance.

Mute C L E A R (2 5 3 2 7), then you need to put your IP's back in, and let the phone go, it will download the bin files and reset again, and it may even come back and say wrong set type again, but let it sit for a minute or two, then it will probably come back. I have had that happen to me more than twice. Drove me crazy.

After about 3 clear commands and due patience it gave us the extension command. Thx for your help, CK666 and MG
