Any one had intermittent issues with just the 4602SW on a Cisco network infrastructure

mrjedi,

as far as i know there shouldn't be any. what issues do you have?

phones re-booting. Avaya have agreed to swap out all the phones...

I have come accross the same problem. Customer has 28 phones (mixture of Avaya 4602SW IP 18 units & Avaya 4610SW IP 10 units) connecting to Cisco WS-C3560-48PS and phones are randomly loosing connectivity. Thought it might be power issues on the switch but the switch shows following output:

show power inline
Available:370.0(w) Used:142.0(w) Remaining:228.0(w)

Anyone else seen this?

I run some 4602SWs out of Cisco 3560-48PS switches and have had no problems. Odd....

the problem has gone away since the swap out of the 4602 phones

avaya will be in trouble with this one as there are over 200 phones and they have to foot the bill.

Did you try upgrading the firmware on the phones? Maybe the new ones were at a higher version. 2.6 is the latest.
