How do I change call restrictions on say 411 for all users? I know I'm not leaving much detail, it's because I don't really have any!

Which way do you want to change restrictions?
do you want to add restrictions to people?
Do you aready have restrictions and want to clear them?
Taking a guess you are wanting to restrict people from making calls to 411 you could do this globally by adding a restriction on 411 to filter 02 (default filter for all sets normal operation, and possibly filter 11 default filter for all sets night operation)
you can change filter 02 at: Programming->terminals&sets->Restrictions->filters->ADD 411 OK.
This would add a restriction on 411 to filter 02. JerryReeve
