Good afternoon all,
I'm working with Denver, as well as all docs, and I am a little stumped here.
I have a situation where incoming calls to a customer's main number, using a modular messaging for an AA. Any calls that come in through the main number to the AA are dropped at 40 minutes - every single time.
Calls direct to a user's DID from an outside number are fine.
ACA timers are not a factor - 6 hours. There is no denial event at the time, and no other smoking gun. The MM group in Denver claims PBX, the PBX group claims it is the MM.
Any ideas here?
