Only 2 way but there's no reason for it not to work for voice.

Can't see it being an issue as it is just a 4 pair cable at the end of the day! And as voice (on Ip office) only uses one pair, as long as the splitter outputs to pins 4 and 5 it will work!!
Should be fine. You can even get splitters ready made (not trying to sell you anything, just showing that it is possible!)
if i understand right then you wnat to connect 4 phones to 1 port ?
you can try but i think that the port does not provide enough power to ring all 4 phones !!!
