How enclosed? If you have front and rear doors then, yes, you will need fans. At least 2 and probably would be best to have 4. And check them frequently. Or get some sort of temperature indicator.
Would also be good to have the cabinet off the floor and a cutout with filter in the bottom for air inlet.
I've had 4 in a 80" cabinet along with 2 printers, but without doors, and had no problems. But that was also before the egg fryer processors.
