4.5_ Opt11 DID trunks locked out

Does anyone out there have an idea as to what might be causing this problem. I installed an option 11 with succesion 4.5 and then restored the database from an option 11e. I used all the cards from the old opt 11e in the new opt 11c. Since then some of my DID trunks will lock out after a few days. I disu the port and then enlu and everything works ok but only for a few days. The opt11c has the correct patches per Nortel. I am using Time Warner DID trunks. thanks in advance guys!

check the rls level on the dch, if not still sounds like a patch issue.. dsel vod, did that to me on an upgrade, the new rls (3.0) didn't see that the same way, after i changed it to vod, they stopped hanging

I had a similar problem on QSIG link after upgrading from 25 to 4.0.
The link never established.
Debugging was necessary, no other way.

There is a patch for analog trunks going into lockout 4.5

I can't seem to find this patch on the Nortel website. Any ideas on where it is located in Nortel/ESPL?

I inserted patch mplr 19572, Had the same issue on a pri the channels would lock up and I would see the error err9032

Looks like patch has been pulled for some reason - I have it installed at 2 sites working ok.

You should go to Nortel.

Also check the Nit number make sure it is a working number.

Didnt think you could use the 11e SSC card in an 11c?

FYI for everyone,
the patch Reusser was reffering to in earlier replys (MPLR 21400) was not made public per Nortel. Apparently this is a problem with 4.5 and only a few cases ( I think just Reusser and myself) had been reported. But, per Nortel, it will be made public since the patch seems to have worked in both cases.
