I've always had major problems with outcalling involving hunt-group mailboxes. If yours is a HG then set one up on a standard user and see if it's any better.
Also check in the mailbox owner's Accounts folder...there's a text file in there that contains the specifics you can look at to see if it's set up the way you want it.
Any more specifics? Define "broken"?
