4.0 SCN transfer issue

Can't find this in caveats. Site A 412 on 4.0 with VM pro.
Site B 406V2 on same release. Caller calls site A, dials ext on site A fwds to vm. Caller dials *8 and an ext in site a or b, call gets transfered. No answer at new target, call goes to new target's vm as expected.

Caller calls site B, dial ext on site b, fwds to vm. caller dials *8 ext of site a. New target fwds to vm but gets vmail of original target not new target.

Anyone seen this. version 4.011115
