I have a 3com corebuilder 7000 , i try ueser: tech password tech cannot be login,i try this :

Search at the 3com Website for "3c37000" and download the firmware update to version 4.10 (or higher). Unzip the files and look for a dos batch file fls_util.bat.
Connect a PC's serial port to the service port (19k2 bit/s),
press CTRL-U a few times (Capital!), shutdown your terminal program. Start the batch, after the established connection to the Corebuilder there is a menue item "reset configuration" or similar.
