3904 won't fwd an external call

Got a 3904 that was copied off a set that works fine (neither is ACD). the set fwd fine on an internal call but doesn't fwd at all on an external call.

Yes he can dial 91312.....directly from the phone, but right now it won't send an external call to voice mail. FDN and HUNT are 3939 which is corretc for VM Pilot

"KEY 19 CFW 16 913126419458" is just the last place he had the phone fwded to. not necessarily where it is going now.

It is a DID. I have the whole range from 2000 - 2299 with no breaks.

I could be way off, but is the fwd call a toll call? I was just looking at the hot dials and they have a different area code than the key 19 fwd....cls is CTD

dankubala - It's not a toll call...CFXA to a toll call works perfect. 3939 is cdp to another switch across a P2P and works for the other 20 dd people in the office.
