3904 Call Log problem

I have some users with a weird issue with some 3904s. A call comes into the set and displays the caller name and number. When the user reviews the call in the call log it shows "Unknown Name" and the number. It's like the phone is not logging the caller name. Only some phones do this. Any ideas?

PBX is running Rls 25.40b, phones are rls 3 firmware.

After you download the phone does it still happen?

I had this problem once with ISDN NI2 - I set RCAP to NDS and problem cleared
