Simple connection of a 3750 connected to a small network with a DCHP Server, but after plugging in a PC. I'm unable to get a ip address. After doing a sh config in the switch I get "no ip address" appearing under every interface. I'm sure this is easy for someone, but it is stressing me. Please help and thanks in advance.

Do you have your ip-helper address configured in the switch?

not sure if I understand you correctly, but the interfaces of the switch don't get an ip address.
Have you created a dhcp pool on the switch? put the config here so we can have a look, shouldn't be too difficult.

CCNA, CCNP..partly ;)

I took his statement to mean that there was a DHCP server on the network, not on the switch. Knowing which is the case would be important too.

Thanks everyone for helping. It actually was the ip helper address wasn't entered into the router. I would like to thank everyone for your responses.

I think he thinks every interface is supposed to get a address , this is not true , if the dhcp server was working before putting in the switch then make sure all 3750 ports are set as switchports also issue the "switchport host " command on every interface . Use the interface range command to make the changes in one command .
