3560 Bad IOS

Walked in on a problem with a Catalyst 3560. The IOS image is bad and wont boot. Dosent go into Rommon>!!! goes into

switch>

After that i cant tftp or anything.

Any thoughts??

Do a show start and see if there is even a startup config there at all. If not then it got erased somehow.
If there is then Check the config register and see if it was set for password recovery. (0x2142)

There is a config. But its corrupt!! I cant figure out how to load another config it that boot mode. Tried damn near everything!!

What is the config register set to?

Did you try and do a copy start run?
