I have three 3300 switches (2 are SS 3 & 1 is SS II). When I access the web management interface they are listed as xx.xx.xx.xx/dev01, xx.xx.xx.xx/dev02, etc. They all appear to have the same IP address. My question is does each one have to have a unique IP address or is one IP address for the stack sufficient?

The fact that your two 3Com switchs appear to have the same IP address indicates that they are STACKED. This makes it possible to manage the individule switches in
the stack using one IP address.

Check out Page 26 of the 3300 User Guide.
