3300: Embedded VM - deleted messages?

Hi,
Sorry to be a bonehead on this one.
We don't have automatic backups and no Ops Mgr.
Just the Admin GUI for the ICP.
So, I have no idea how to automate bkps and backup VM messages - hence the question if there was a means to access deleted mail thru the Admin or in Maint. Command form.
If anyone knows how to automate backups with purchasing a Mitel product - please speak up.
Else, I'll leave this one alone.

No, once deleted, messages on the embedded vm are gone.
Automated backups are only accomplished via opsman, or at least that is the only Mitel product that does it. If there is a way to do it without opsman, then I have not heard of it.
