I've run into some issues with the MLAA. The system doesn't seem to understand what it's being asked to do for my sub-menu. For example, I've set up Mailbox 1 for Directions. It's sub-menu is set up for mailboxes 5 - 7. Mailbox 5 is for directions from X City. Mailbox 6 is directions from Y city. Mailbox 6 is for directions from Z city. Mailbox 1 is set up as a menu node. Mailboxes 5 - 7 are set up as Information mailboxes as I only want driving directions from each city to the hotel read to the caller.
In the VM MLAA form, for Mailbox 1(Directions) I've added mailbox 5 to option 1; 6 to option 2; and 7 to option 3. When I test it, I call the main number, get the system greeting: "Welcome to so and so. For Directions, press 1. For Sales press 2. For Reservations press 3. For Billing press 4. I press 1 for Directions. I hear the greeting: "For directions from city X, press 5. For directions from city y, press 6. For directions from city Z, press 7."
I press 5 to listen to the directions but the system tells me "I don't understand that command" and then it repeats the greeting for mailbox 5. Why doesn't the system understand the command? Why is the system not playing the mailbox 5 greeting which is the directions to the hotel?
Thanks
