Hi,
According to AIX error message list this message indicates:-
"You attempted to log off the system while processes are still running in another shell."
Procedures for Recovery
Notes:
Verify that all processes have stopped.
( type in ps , to view what is being listed , if you have nay other processes running let them finish or stop them)
Log off from the lowest login shell and then re-try to login to the server. ( type exit , but note check if you are running something important )
