I am attempting to set up a mailbox to outcall if a new message was has not been listened to after a 30 minute duration. I am not able to increase the timer past 5 seconds (Mailbox Details --> Account --> Numbers) through VMPro but can throught the phone (but am limited to 99 seconds).

Is there a bug that is preventing this from implementing?

Is the mailbox configured to use system timers or mailbox? Although I haven't done outcalling on 8.0, I've found that Phone Manager Pro is a great asset in configuring.

Yes it is a bug. I opened a case with Avaya and they wrote a patch.

Which version is it patched in?

sorry was on vacation and didn't know. Its 8.10110009

No problem. I was looking on Avaya's download website and could not locate 8.1011(0009). Is that something you have to ask Avaya for, or is there a hidden download I am not seeing?

Thanks.

Any links to the update on Avaya's support site?

It is a critical patch. Its supposed to be fixed in the q4 update. If you can get me your email I will email it to you. Avaya tech told me it's ok.
